Shipping

All orders are shipped within the UK via tracked, insured delivery.

Shipping cost: £5.95 per order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Return window

Items purchased through the Patina marketplace may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Returns cannot be accepted through any other channel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking deduction if the item is returned in a different condition to how it was sent.

Condition disputes

Condition disputes are assessed against the structured condition data published in the listing. If the listing states 'Pilling: None' and the item arrives with visible pilling, that is a clear discrepancy and grounds for return. Subjective dissatisfaction with an item that matches its listed condition is not grounds for return.

Returns shipping and refunds

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer in all cases. We strongly recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service. Patina Studio is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. Refunds are processed only once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Items sold on other platforms

Patina Studio also helps sellers list on Vinted, eBay, and other marketplaces. Returns for items purchased on those platforms are governed by the respective platform's policy, not ours.
