These terms govern your use of the Patina Studio website, platform, and any related services operated by Patina Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Patina Studio is currently in early access. Some features described on this site, including marketplace purchases, seller subscriptions, and automated listing tools, may not yet be available. These terms will be updated as new features launch.
Patina Studio is a product management and listing platform for pre-owned fashion. We provide tools for sellers to catalogue, enrich, and list their inventory across multiple marketplaces. We also operate the Patina marketplace where buyers can browse and purchase curated pre-owned fashion.
Marketplace purchases are processed via PayPal during early access. Shipping, returns, and refund terms are detailed in our shipping and returns policy. As additional features launch (including seller subscriptions and commission structures), these terms will be updated accordingly.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via the contact form.
You agree not to use Patina Studio to: list counterfeit or stolen goods; misrepresent the condition, authenticity, or provenance of any item; upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to access systems or data you're not authorised to access; or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform.
Product descriptions on Patina Studio are generated using Patina's enrichment systems and seller-provided information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every detail in a listing is correct. Sellers are responsible for reviewing and approving all listing content before publication.
Images uploaded to Patina Studio remain the property of the person who uploaded them. By uploading images, you grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute those images in connection with the operation of our platform and marketplace.
Patina Studio uses automated processing to extract product attributes, generate descriptions, and assess condition. Content generated by Patina is a starting point. Sellers are responsible for reviewing and approving listings before publishing. Patina Studio is not liable for content published without review.
The Patina Studio name, logo, design, and proprietary technology are owned by us. You may not use our branding or intellectual property without written permission. Content you create using our tools (descriptions, titles, listings) is yours to use across any platform.
Patina Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
